Additional Information

$120 / day, ($120 damage deposit for 1st time renters, returned within 10 days when no notable issues are found)

$600 / week (Sat 3pm In time) to (Sat 11am Out time)($400 damage deposit for 1st time renters, returned within 10 days when no notable issues are found)

Max. 10 occupants (6 adults)
No Smoking
No Pets (possible to have special permission for small indoor dog)

Cleaning service: Saturday between 11am and 3pm for normal weekly rentals; between guests for daily rentals.

Guest Needs: Bring your own towels, bed linens and personal items such as shampoo, soap etc. Bring paper products that you'll need and bring drinking water (the well water is good but not used a lot).
